Shepherd’s Bush Market has long been famous for it’s fabrics, a tradition that has now surpassed 100 years.
Our very first fabric shop ‘Dave Horatha & Co’ was opened in 1919, after the First World War. Over the years we have seen an exciting influx of bold and beautiful fabrics make their way into the market by a variety of specialist traders.
Having always been renowned for our ethnic diversity, we would be lying if we said our fabric traders weren’t one of the main reason’s we gained that reputation. Having played a huge part in the fame of the market, we are proud to host some of the best fabric businesses in the borough.
Serving home sewers, students and businesses from all over the world, our fabric shops are not to be missed. With 4 heavy hitters supplying us with some of the best in town, whether you’re looking for pretty florals, ethnic prints or supreme quality jersey, our traders are offering a range to suit your personal needs.
