We’re thrilled to announce that the previously disused area, dubbed ‘Shepherd’s Bush Yard’ has been transformed into a brand new space for pop up street food traders. But first, we Feast! Street food veterans Feast are kicking things off with a summer residency and you’re all invited – it’s free entry and will be open Thursday and Friday evenings plus all day Saturday and Sunday.
Three years ago FEAST pioneered the street food event scene and over the years its six events have attracted over 70,000 attendees in four different venues. The event has attracted some of London’s most exciting food offerings including Hix, Polpo, Pizza Pilgrims, Moro, St John and Patty & Bun. Now, they’re setting up shop in the newly created Shepherd’s Bush Yard for a 6 week summer residency. They will bring some of the top street food talent to W12 including juicy burgers by Cheeky Burger, Guasaca’s Venezuelan arepas and the best taste between sliced bread courtesy of Holy Toast.
The old fish shop in the market will also be transformed to create a deli kitchen & bar called The Arch. From Tuesday to Friday during the day, The Arch will offer coffee, deli breakfasts, artisan salads and sandwiches.
The Arch will also open as a standalone bar on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and from Thursday to Sunday The Arch will act as the bar for Little Feast, offering beer, ciders, wines, and some cheeky summer cocktails.
We asked Charlie Gardiner, FEAST’s director why he chose Shepherd’s Bush:
‘We have been looking for a West London location for the last 18 months and when we heard of the opportunity to run a Little Feast in Shepherds Bush we
jumped at it. I live just round the corner and I grew up in Ealing just down the road, so I have passed this market daily for the last 20 years! The area has a great community and to bring Little Feast here is a very exciting prospect.’
Little Feast: Thursday and Friday 17:00 – 23:00; Saturday 11:00 – 23:00 and Sunday 11:00 – 19:00.
The Arch Deli: Tuesday to Friday 11:00 – 17:00 Can’t wait to see you – the difficult bit now is to decide what to eat!
